Lady Fele Mann, LGCDMR, is president and ambassador for TMI Global Australia. 

The mission of TMI Global Australia is to help aspiring  Ilokano writers to develop their potentialities and skills in writing poems, short stories and feature articles for publication in Ilokano Magazines like the Philippine Community Herald Newspaper (Sydney), Timpuyog Journal (Philippines), and Bannawag Magazine (Philippines).

This can be achieved by encouraging them to attend workshops, seminars and conferences in Australia and overseas including the Philippines.

We seek to achieve similar success to that of other famous organizations in the world - the upliftment and enhancement of the Ilokano culture and the Ilokano literature.
