In addition to being President of Filipino Club Darwin since 1991, Lady Fele Mann is a Commissioner for Oaths, an Interpreter/ translater, writes a monthly feature in the Philippine Community Herald (Sydney), and is president and ambassador of TMI Global Australia, which promotes Ilokano language and literature.
For her humanitarian work, Lady Fele was awarded Lady Grand Commander of the Most Noble Order of Rizal, and she is in Who's Who of Australian Women, and Who's Who in the World. Fele Mann made it to the Hall of Fame in the Northern Territory of Australia as a recipient in the Tribute to Northern Territory Women 2004. She was also a finalist in the Pride of Australia Medal 2007.

Lady Fele Mann comes from Binalonan, Pangasinan, Philippines, where she graduated from Northwestern University and was a teacher for 11 years and a writer for Philippine Community Herald Newspaper (Australia), Timpuyog Journal (Philippines), and Bannawag magazine (Philippines).
In 1974, while nursing in England, Fele Mann met King Roman (then Ronald Mann), and they married at Dover in May 1975, flying to Darwin, Australia, that same year. They have lived in Darwin for 36 years, and are both retired from Public Service.
Lady Fele Mann is president of Filipino Club Darwin Inc., whereby, with Roman's support, she organizes an annual Charity Gala Night to raise funds to help orphans and poor in the Philippines. Part of this Gala Night is a multicultural pageant to find Miss NT Australia.
Charity Gala Night & Miss NT Australia 2011 was held on Saturday 25 June 2011 at the Filipino Community Center, Marrara, Darwin, from 6 pm till late, with tickets selling now at $28.00. As usual, it was a big success, with Florida Joeng from Makasar being voted Miss NT Australia 2011.
